A story of passion, ocean and sharing

Global Surf was born from a shared passion for the ocean, sharing, and meeting people. Salim is originally from Safi and fell into surfing at a very young age. A three-time champion in his youth, he is now a certified surf instructor and shares his experience with an approach that is both technical and human. Lili has always evolved in the water. A former swimming teacher, she naturally turned to the ocean before falling in love with surfing and the energy it provides.

Together, we created Global Surf with a simple idea: to share what the ocean has given us. Self-confidence, fun, connection to nature and others. A year ago, we started this adventure in Sidi Kaouki. Little by little, with a lot of drive and hard work, the school took shape. Today, we offer surf lessons, surf camps and different experiences to discover the region: horse and camel rides, quad, sunset picnics and many more moments to live facing the ocean. Sidi Kaouki, just 20 minutes from Essaouira, is a small authentic village surrounded by nature. You can find waves for all levels, wild beaches and a unique atmosphere where time seems to slow down. Global Surf was born here, and this little piece of paradise is what we want to share.
